Reaching out with God’s promise of love manifested in Jesus Christ

The Nile Sudanese Lutheran Mission has established a mission partnership with Rochester Cluster Churches of GeneseeValley and Niagara conferences of the EvangelicalLutheranChurch in America.  Based at the LutheranChurch of the Incarnate Word for the last six years, the NSLM has reached out to partner with Christ the GoodShepherdLutheranChurch, the Lutheran Church of Reformation, PeaceLutheranChurch, RedeemerLutheranChurch and St. John’sLutheranChurch. This summer, the children and youth of the Nile Sudanese Lutheran Mission will participate in the summer bible program of St. John’sLutheranChurch.

The Nile Sudanese Lutheran Mission has also reached out to partner with LutheranChurch in the Buffalo area of the Niagara conference. Inspired and moved by the holy spirit, the Resurrection Lutheran is establishing a ministry in partnership with the Nile Sudanese Lutheran Mission to reach out to Sudanese community in Buffalo. In partnership with Resurrection Lutheran church, the Nile Sudanese Lutheran Mission will provide the following services:

1. Fellowship, Bible Study and Eucharist
2. Literacy in Sudanese Language
3. Women Education Program
• Health and Nutrition
• Handcraft work
• English as a second language
4. Youth Education
5. Transportation
6. Tutoring for kids
7. Help with Job search
8. Joint fellowship with the Nile Sudanese Lutheran Mission (ones a month)
